Valentine’s Day Gifts For Him

Valentine’s Day is next week which means it’s definitely time for me to get to thinking about Valentine’s Day gifts for him. I gave him my Valentine’s Day wishlist for her a few weeks ago and I’ll be publishing it here for you all tomorrow.

I don’t know why I always seem to wait until the last minute for Valentine’s Day gifts. I mean, approximately 45 days ago we were all thinking about Christmas gifts and now it’s all about, “What else can I buy my husband to show him that I love him?”. To me, it’s a weird way of thinking about him and it’s hard because I just bought him every great gift idea I could think of for Christmas.

This Valentine's Day Gift Guide for him has everything you need to surprise him this holiday!

I’m telling you, the pressure of gift giving is real! Brandon is easy to shop for but still, it’s hard to figure out what to buy someone as a gift when you literally just did this for Christmas. Usually we focus on the Valentine’s Day date night (like this scavenger hunt I shared) but this year I’ve been inspired by a few gift ideas since I know there are things he needs and this is a good excuse to buy them for him. 😉

I’m focusing on the things he needs to transition from winter to spring and since I’m only buying one thing I can invest in getting him something that’s good quality and will be a wardrobe staple (like sunglasses or a wallet).

I ended up curating a list of about 15 items and I’m going to subtly bring up a few of the items in conversation over the next week and see if I can determine what he might like or need the most. I’m not known for my subtlety or secret keeping but I’m going to try because I’d like to actually keep at least one gift I buy him a surprise.

Here are just a few of my top suggestions for your darling for Valentine’s Day.

Do you have any other gift ideas for your partner for Valentine’s day? What’s your favorite item on my list?

    • LOL. My Dad always worked construction and I remember when I was a kid he would always ask for more tools. My Mom hated buying him tools but it’s all he ever wanted.

    • Brandon never wants anything either but he’s getting something whether he likes it or not! LOL. Usually anything tech-y is good although he also loves cologne so I can’t really go wrong there. If you’re down for a shopping date, LMK!

    • I’m terrible at being subtle too. I tried for a long time but I’m about at a point where I’m just going to give up on trying. I’m so awkward and I usually blurt out something ridiculous instead of being stealthy.

  1. I can’t afford any of these, lol. But they are all probably on my hubby’s “wish list” – he has great taste and these ideas are very stylish!

    • I always stalk for good sales or I’ll try to find one of the cologne’s in a bundle which helps save $. Otherwise, we splurge a little since we only exchange one gift.

  2. I love these gift giving idea posts! My husband would actually like that Nixon watch, he is more into the all black finish look. I need to step my gift game up for sure!

    • My husband went through a video game phase but he hasn’t even gotten halfway through the last 2 games we bought so I stopped getting them as gifts. Once upon a time though I was right there with you.

  3. So many awesome choices! I think they all look awesome and my husband would love any one of these!

  4. Eleven years and two kids later, we choose experiences over products for our holidays. So this year we will be taking a sunset dolphin cruise.

  5. My husband’s birthday is two days before Valentine’s Day – so we tend to combine the two holidays 🙂 This is a great list! I just got my husband a watch for Christmas and he loves it.

  6. You’re right, it is tough having holidays back to back. These are wonderful gift ideas! I love that watch!

  7. My Husband would flip over the Tumi bag. I love the design that Tumi has and it’s great for travel. I need to get on it!

  8. My husband wouldn’t get into of these things, but I love the guide, nonetheless! Especially the Tumi Bravo Saratoga Ballistic Nylon Sling Bag. – HilLesha
