I received two complimentary bottles of chilean wine from Natura Wine in exchange for sharing my thoughts on the product with you. The verdict? This organic Chilean Wine is an amazing way to unwine-d (see what I did there?)
“I’m going to need a glass of wine after this workday.” Over the last 6 month it feels like just about every work day has ended with either myself or one of my co-workers saying those exact words. It’s just been craziness and I have come home stressed and, at times, feeling a bit overworked. Our team has been in a state of transition and that always comes with high levels of stress. I cope and, often, I cope with a glass of wine. Do you unwind with a glass of wine (or two)? Hey! No judgement here, all right?
It has it’s health benefits and, in moderation, I’m all in favor of it. Everyone unwinds somehow. Last week I ordered two new bottles of Chilean wine from Natura and they arrived on Friday. I got home from work to find them sitting on our kitchen counter. One bottle of Chardonnay and one bottle of Pinot Noir.
I knew it was going to be a good Friday night! I prefer red wine over white so I was anxious to open the Pinot Noir. Natura is a top organic wine produced from the purest, healthiest, and highest quality grapes in a vineyard in Chile. I have a co-worker from Argentina and I asked her what she thought of Chilean wine (she’s far more of a wine connoisseur than I am so I trusted her opinion). She told me I couldn’t go wrong with Chilean wine so I was excited to check it out. I poured a glass and settled in for movie night with my husband and pups!
We watched Beverly Hills Cop II (in case you were curious). We couldn’t agree. My husband wanted a horror movie. I wanted a drama. We settled on comedy although after a glass or two of the Natura organic wine I didn’t really care what we were watching. Last weekend I also found out that my dog had a tumor so while he received a lot of extra cuddles I had another glass of wine.
The verdict on Natura? It’s excellent! If you’re looking for a strong organic wine to add to your home wine list I strongly recommend it. I especially recommend the Pinot Noir. It’s bouquet is full of berry aromas, spice and cocoa; very rich and well-balanced. I’m planning on picking up another bottle to add to my wine rack as well as a bottle of Merlot. If you’re interested in trying it out for yourself you can pick it up on the Natura Wines website or check your local grocer.

- Do you like stemless wine glasses? I have my eye on these.
